SHIPPING
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days after you place them.
USPS handles all shipments. If the carrier cannot deliver your package to the address you provide, you must pay the reshipping costs.
You may choose Express Mail at your expense.
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-6 business days.
International shipments depend on customs clearance and may take longer.
International Free Shipping: Orders totaling $140 or more qualify for free priority mail shipping. If your order is less than $140, the shipping charge is $29.99.
Important Information for International Orders: If you order a delivery outside the United States, your Order Summary only includes the international shipping charge. It does not cover Local Taxes, VAT, or Duties, which you must pay upon delivery.
If you refuse a package, FAMEN LLC/HAIRATIN will deduct return shipping fees, along with any applicable Taxes, Customs, and Duties, from your refund.
Customs procedures vary by country, and processing times depend on local policies and seasonal demand (such as Christmas). Shipments to Mexico, Brazil, and other South American countries may experience delays. If Customs holds your package, Hairatin cannot issue a refund unless the carrier returns it due to non-claim. If you request a refund, you must cover the shipping fees.
By placing your order, you agree to these terms and take full responsibility for all Local Taxes, VAT, and Duties upon delivery.

We guarantee your satisfaction. You may request a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase.

- A copy of your receipt
- The reason for your return
Our team will review your request and explain the next steps.
Damaged merchandise does not qualify for returns.
All promotional items sold online are final sale, and you cannot exchange them.
Only items purchased through www.hairatin.com qualify for returns and exchanges.
